W.
McFarland
was
one
of
the
state's
earliest
superachievers,
attaining
the
status
of
U.S.
Senator,
Arizona
governor,
and
state
supreme
court
justice.
The
park
displays
a
variety
of
things
for
which
the
historic
adobe
building
was
used,
from
courthouse
to
hospital.
McFarland's
collection
of
artifacts
is
on
display
along
with
an
interpretive
program
examining
his
illustrious
career.
